I’M MAGDA HUGHES

I am a proud Brit living in Australia and a mother to two beautiful daughters. My career has taken me through some incredible, fast-paced environments, including the London 2012 Olympics, Wimbledon, and the Grand Prix. During this time, I developed strong expertise in business development, hospitality and sponsorship management, accreditation, and complex event operations.

Today, I bring those organisational and relationship management skills to my business, supporting companies that need a trusted, highly organised partner to keep their operations running smoothly. For the past three years, I have worked as an Account Manager for a property styling business, where I play a key role in the day-to-day running of the company.

I manage client relationships, coordinate styling projects across multiple teams, and ensure every installation runs seamlessly from initial enquiry through to completion. My role spans client liaison, quoting and invoicing, logistics and scheduling, service agreements, operational systems, website updates, and social media coordination. In many ways, I act as the operational backbone of the business, keeping projects organised, communication flowing, and clients supported at every stage.

Organisation is my superpower. I thrive on creating structure, solving problems, and making complex operations feel effortless for both clients and teams. My clients know they can rely on me to stay one step ahead, maintain strong relationships, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Transparency, trust, and confidentiality are at the core of everything I do. My goal is simple: to help businesses run smoothly, reduce overwhelm, and allow owners to focus on growth while I keep operations moving behind the scenes.
